Class Reflection

I was very intimidated by this class. I had done very little programming as an undergraduate and didn't know what I was getting myself into. After the first few assignments, I realized I enjoy the challenge of building a program, fixing my mistakes, and finding errors in others work. I have actually used the two assignments in my class lessons.

Assignment 5 is states and capitals game. Students can practice writing the capital with the assigned state. This is a great review for the 7th grader geography class,

Assignment 10 is a practice quiz covering basic math terms. I have used this in my classes often. The students know how important it is to know the basic math terms, but struggle remembering them. We have periodic review sessions. I also use this when students tell me they do not have any work to do during study hall.
