Notes Quizzes and Tests
  •  Follow along with notes in class.
  • Fill in any blanks on the note sheet.
  • Copy examples from the board.
  • Write down or highlight vocabulary words.
  • Read trough your notes before asking a questions, studying for a quiz, or test.
  • Keep up on daily homework.
  • Mark problems you had troubles with so you can ask questions or study them later.
  • Study old quizzes and homework.
  • Review vocabulary words

 
Homework Other Helpful Hints
  • Specifically in Math - Show ALL work!
  • Write neatly - you need to be able to read what you write.
  • Put a star or other mark next to problems you had troubles with. Ask the teacher to review there with you during SI.
  • Find a good study time.
  • Ask questions in class.
  • Be prepared for class to start.
  • Think positively.
